Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Control Tower Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role supports logistics operations by overseeing and providing visibility of all Lenovo shipments across multiple modes of transport (MOT) in collaboration with nominated 3PL carriers and internal supply chain teams. The position demands efficient communication coordination and the ability to rapidly address logistics challenges by offering expedite solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist team members in monitoring and tracking shipments using various modes of transport.
• Act as coverage within the control tower team to oversee real-time movements of goods and shipments.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain precise operational performance reports with current data.
• Provide logistics support to troubleshoot issues and bottlenecks arising during shipment processes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying potential problems and suggesting effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and importance.
• Preferred (but not mandatory) experience with SAP functional modules.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications.
