Job Overview

As a Well Test Operator within the field operations team, you will be responsible for performing precise testing and inspection services in alignment with safety and quality protocols. This role is hands-on and involves technical reporting, managing equipment, and supporting team growth. Your contributions ensure projects are executed safely, accurately, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field testing and inspection activities according to project specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, ensuring availability and readiness for use.
• Accurately collect, record, and report field data and test results.
• Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Participate in mentoring and training initiatives to develop team competencies.
• Keep supervisors informed about project progress and operational changes.
• Engage actively in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and operational reviews.
• Develop skills for working in remote and offshore conditions.
• Prepare timely and precise reports and documentation using SGS systems.
• Submit all job records and final reports punctually.
• Contribute to the ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
• Take part in training programs and help foster problem-solving culture within the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of experience in oilfield well site services, well testing, offshore operations, or initial production systems.
• Proven practical skills in well testing and production operation procedures.
• Experience in leading or supervising small teams in field environments.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and electronic reporting tools.
• Possession of a current Senior First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
