About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in daily logistics and operational tasks within a fintech startup. Interns will support core logistics functions, ensuring efficient dispatch and delivery processes through coordination with various partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily logistics activities including dispatch and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, transporters, and delivery teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide regular updates on delivery progress.
- Engage with logistics partners to follow up on pickups, deliveries, and pending shipments.
- Help resolve any delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, or logistics-related issues.
- Maintain precise records of logistics data and shipment documentation.
- Assist with managing delivery documentation such as invoices, challans, and related paperwork.
- Verify shipment details including quantity, addresses, and delivery information for accuracy.
- Keep updated records of vendors and logistics partners.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics performance reports using spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support the tracking of transportation and logistics expenses.
- Assist with return and reverse-logistics processes when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery workflow.
- Perform additional logistics and operations-related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a fully remote internship starting promptly between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026. Commitment to a 6-month internship is required. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in logistics, supply chain, and operations.

Stipend Details
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000, composed of a fixed component between ₹12,000 and ₹16,000 and an incentive allowance of ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
