About the Role
SRG Global is currently seeking skilled Loader Operators to support FIFO civil works projects in the Pilbara, Western Australia. This position is based onsite in Subiaco, South Australia, operating on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster with 12-hour day shifts. Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor, the role focuses on safe loader operation, efficient material handling, stockpile management, and providing general site support to ensure continuous project progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate loaders safely and proficiently on site.
- Manage material handling and stockpile organization.
- Assist site crews to maintain consistent project progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a current HR Driver’s License is preferred.
- Holders of nationally accredited Loader Operating Licenses are advantageous.
- Valid White Card or Construction Card mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil construction or related environments.
- Capability to pass pre-employment and ongoing site medical assessments.
- Strong awareness and adherence to industrial safety protocols and PPE usage.
