This position suits a proactive engineer who thrives on addressing intricate site challenges, engaging with clients and consultants, and managing the full lifecycle of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for managing multiple site projects from initial mobilization through to final handover, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive work plans, weekly schedules, and allocate resources efficiently while monitoring progress and resolving any execution obstacles proactively.
• Oversee all site operations, enforcing compliance with approved technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety norms.
• Guarantee superior quality control standards by inspecting materials, workmanship, conducting tests, and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project progress and obtain necessary approvals promptly.
• Lead site teams, manage subcontractors, labor force, and equipment to enhance productivity while controlling costs.
• Maintain precise site documentation including daily progress logs, measurement records, billing support files, material reconciliation, and general project paperwork.
• Diagnose technical issues arising on-site, propose feasible engineering solutions, and escalate critical problems timely for resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory and environmental requirements, fostering a strong safety-first culture on-site.
• Assist in project closure activities such as addressing snags, final measurements, documentation completion, and facilitating client handover.
