Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance and enhancement of equipment uptime, operational availability, and reliability.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies utilizing equipment data trends to ensure preventative maintenance (PM) quality and avoid recurrent failures.
- Provide support during equipment upgrades, modifications, as well as the installation and qualification of new tools.
- Collaborate closely with process engineers to optimize yield and minimize process variation.
- Lead or actively engage in initiatives aimed at reducing costs, enhancing productivity, and improving quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years specifically in semiconductor lithography equipment engineering.
- Practical expertise with lithography equipment such as steppers, scanners, and tracks.
- Robust troubleshooting aptitude for managing complex equipment systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and initiative.
