Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and hands-on Probe Card Engineer to manage design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement efforts for probe cards. This role involves ensuring optimum probe card functionality, supporting repair and recovery processes, and maintaining precise documentation and traceability. You will also engage in safety adherence, workplace organization, training newcomers, and active project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, inspect, and maintain probe cards to guarantee high performance standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and carry out repairs to extend probe card reliability and operational lifespan.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct traceability checks.
• Utilize tools such as PRVX analyzers and high-vision microscopes for inspections.
• Interpret circuit schematic diagrams effectively to support technical tasks.
• Support both offline and online cleaning routines for probe cards.
• Monitor condition and usage to align with productivity and quality goals.
• Contribute to production readiness and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvements and technical project initiatives.
• Uphold 5S workplace discipline and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members for seamless integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and enhance probe card performance.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering fields.
• In-depth understanding of probe card design, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting circuit schematics and technical blueprints.
• Practical experience with PRVX analyzers, high-vision microscopes, or equivalent inspection tools.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring and teamwork facilitation.
• Meticulous documentation and traceability management.
• A proactive problem-solving approach focused on continuous enhancement.
