Role Overview

As an Assistant Process Engineer, you will be integral in transforming the talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring the best new hire experience through vendor selection and collaboration management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real-time problem analysis on equipment alarms, line-of-hold events, statistical process control out-of-control/out-of-spec instances, defect and failure detection to devise corrective measures by coordinating with all stakeholders and referencing historical cases.
• Apply corrective actions using established operating corrective action procedures, and enhance user tools, process specifications, standard operating procedures, and total productive maintenance practices.
• Report all fundamental inline investigations promptly and in full detail to the appropriate owners.
• Address lots on hold immediately by disposition and implement measures to prevent future recurrences.
• Establish and maintain preventive and corrective action systems to sustain high-quality standards.
• Support operator training by developing specification documentation, formulating training materials, and training on-the-job trainers on the production line.
• Provide training to APE/PT personnel to elevate their skill levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Proficient in technical problem-solving, statistical data analysis, and design of experiments methodologies.
• Capability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Fluent in business-level English communication.
