Role Overview

A prominent hospitality group is seeking an engaging and well-connected Lifestyle Manager for one of its upscale dining venues in Dubai. This position is guest-centric, requiring a natural ability to energize the space, foster relationships, and cultivate an exciting and desirable atmosphere that makes every visit unforgettable.

Key Duties

• Be a highly visible figure within the venue to create vibrant energy and interact effortlessly with guests.
• Establish and nurture relationships with regular guests, VIPs, influencers, creatives, tastemakers, and key community members.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the venue’s patrons to encourage loyalty and frequent visits.
• Position the venue as a lifestyle hotspot by driving guest engagement, orchestrating unique experiences, hosting events, and initiating collaborations.
• Identify and attract new, relevant audience segments to the venue.
• Partner closely with marketing and operations teams to design experiences that align with the venue's identity and branding.
• Assist and actively participate in events, special activations, launches, and celebrations.
• Welcome key VIPs and important guests personally, ensuring tailored and memorable experiences.
• Stay attuned to Dubai's lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, art, music, and social trends to bring relevant insights and opportunities to the venue.
• Forge alliances with influential figures, communities, brands, and companies to enhance the venue’s presence and growth.
• Collect and communicate guest feedback to the wider team to continuously refine the guest experience.
• Foster a sense of belonging around the venue, encouraging guests to feel connected beyond their visit.
