Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties using the Letman management system, acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate property viewings, lease agreements, inspections, inventories, and advertising campaigns for available homes.
- Screen prospective tenants, handle references, seek landlord approvals, and oversee the letting process from initial inquiry through to tenant move-in.
- Engage and work with maintenance contractors, ensuring the timely and quality completion of repairs and works.
- Monitor rental payments, handle arrears, prepare required statutory notices in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Acts, and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation.
- Conduct routine and end-of-tenancy inspections, manage property handovers, and prepare homes for re-letting.
- Support business growth initiatives to expand the property rental portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold a current Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) Licence.
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Residential Tenancies Acts and Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and client service capabilities.
- Proficient with IT and open to mastering new property management and compliance software.
- Hold a full, clean driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
