Job description
Overview
Join CNTXT Academy as a Learning Operations & Development Co-op for a 3-month hands-on exposure to corporate training and learning operations. This role involves supporting the entire cycle of impactful training programs targeted at corporate and government clients by managing logistical aspects, tracking systems, and helping develop contemporary learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistics for training sessions, including room arrangements, materials, instructions for participants, catering, and communications with vendors.
- Oversee learning management schedules, maintain learner records, and administer Google Classroom and Go1 LMS platforms.
- Compile and analyze session feedback and learner data to contribute to the monthly Academy KPI dashboard.
- Assist in formatting and developing course materials such as slide decks, lab manuals, and quiz banks aligned with brand guidelines.
- Provide initial support to corporate learners and client coordinators on issues related to session access and scheduling.
Technologies and Tools
- Learning platforms: Go1 LMS and Google Classroom
- CRM and ERP: Salesforce CRM and Odoo ERP
- Productivity and design tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva (training provided on the job)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university students pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related disciplines.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 3.75 on a 5.0 scale.
