ISV Partner Operations Co-op (3-Month Part-Time Program)

Role Overview

Join our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) team to develop practical skills in managing and expanding cloud software partnerships. This 3-month co-op role offers collaboration with seasoned alliance managers to support our software partner network, optimize operational workflows, monitor pipeline performance, and deepen understanding of scaling cloud software relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ISV partner databases, enhance data integrity, assist with onboarding, and ensure operational readiness.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to monitor partner certifications, pipeline health, and enablement activities.
• Conduct market research analyzing software partners and evolving cloud ecosystem trends.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams for aligned follow-ups.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and contribute to automation of repetitive operations.

Tools Utilized

• Core platforms like Salesforce and Google Cloud Console.
• Productivity and analytics software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university students requiring a 3-month co-op or recent graduates in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Academic minimums: GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or 3.75 on a 5.0 scale.
