Enterprise IT & Systems Operations Co-op (3-Month Program)

About the Role

We are searching for a motivated Enterprise IT & Systems Operations Co-op to join our IT team for a focused 3-month program designed for students seeking practical experience. You will actively participate alongside senior IT professionals, assisting with developing and maintaining our enterprise application registry, and supporting essential CRM and ERP integration projects involving Odoo and Salesforce platforms. This opportunity will provide extensive exposure to IT governance frameworks and data security standards in a live enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized catalog of enterprise software platforms, monitoring license holders, renewal timelines, and access configurations.
• Assist in gathering business requirements, design and execute test cases, and perform User Acceptance Testing for automation updates on Salesforce and Odoo systems.
• Maintain and enhance data quality by reconciling master records across core systems, resolving duplicates, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and knowledge base documentation to optimize IT service desk ticket handling.

Tools and Technology

• Core Enterprise Solutions: Odoo ERP, Salesforce CRM, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Productivity Software: Google Workspace, Advanced Excel
• Automation Skills: Basic Python and Google Apps Script with on-the-job training provided during the first two weeks

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Currently enrolled university student seeking a 3-month co-op placement in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
• Academic requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 3.75 on a 5.0 scale

Additional Information

This co-op program offers an authentic work experience involving enterprise IT governance practices including compliance with PDPL and NCA regulations. Participants will gain hands-on administration experience with Odoo and Salesforce platforms, culminating in a capstone project presenting the enterprise application registry to the IT and Human Resources leadership teams.
