Job description
Overview
We are looking for an innovative Learning & Development Manager to lead our company's upskilling and AI integration strategies across all teams. This role involves creating, implementing, and expanding comprehensive training programs to close skill gaps and enhance AI knowledge, ensuring our workforce stays competitive in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise-wide learning pathways, overseeing processes from skill gap analysis to final program execution.
- Work with business leaders to assess existing skills, anticipate future talent needs, and plan capability development.
- Develop blended learning solutions in partnership with the International L&D team, including e-learning modules and workshops customized for various roles and learning preferences.
- Set and track key performance indicators to assess program engagement, skills development, and business impact.
- Lead job rotation and internal mobility initiatives to encourage ongoing professional growth and career advancement.
- Source and coordinate with external training vendors, academic partners, and technology providers to secure top-quality content meeting international standards.
- Supervise external training providers to ensure quality content delivery and compliance with performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with government agencies and industry organizations to align learning initiatives with national upskilling programs.
- Conduct focused training sessions tailored to evolving operational demands and maintain organizational standards.
- Establish and implement L&D policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and providing analysis when requested.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least six years of robust training experience within a multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI literacy and integration programs.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in multicultural settings and virtual teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for continuous upskilling and staying updated with technological trends.
- Experience collaborating and presenting to executive leadership teams.
