Learning Specialist

Role Overview

The Learning Specialist at AMZL Trans collaborates closely with the Country Learning & Development manager, Operations Managers, Area Managers, Production Assistants, Delivery Service Provider Managers, Dispatchers, Drivers, and Sort Associates to organize and coordinate training initiatives at the site. This role involves both facilitation of training on the ground as well as administrative oversight to ensure compliance and thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all training programs, managing sessions with up to 50 participants.
• Monitor trainee performance, learning progression, and quality; implement corrective initiatives to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure training standards are maintained through adherence to established programs and introduce strategic projects when necessary.
• Develop training materials using software tools including Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing applications to create engaging and effective content.
• Identify developmental gaps at individual and group levels and implement plans to address those needs.
• Collaborate with program managers and leadership to update training documentation and facilitate adoption of process changes at the site.
• Create and maintain internal dashboards to monitor training progress and key performance indicators, reporting these in daily and weekly leadership meetings.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent communication in English — speaking, writing, and reading.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Capacity to complete complex tasks swiftly with minimal guidance, demonstrating urgency for quick turnarounds when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedules including shifts on weekends, nights, and holidays.
