Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Workday Reporting Specialist with comprehensive expertise in creating and managing Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields within Workday.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in Workday reporting capabilities including Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Must have prior hands-on experience executing Workday implementations.
- Exposure to global or multi-country Workday deployment projects is highly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with Systems Integration (SI) partners is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, transformation-driven program environment.
