The Evisort Engineering team focuses on revolutionizing contract management by simplifying deal-making with AI-powered technology. Our solutions enable businesses to cut costs, reduce risks, automate tedious tasks, and collaborate better, allowing professionals to be more effective and organizations to grow.
Role Overview
As a Frontend Engineer within the newly formed Software Development unit, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group, including Product and Design teams, to develop and expand our contract management software. Your expertise will help advance AI initiatives that transform contract negotiation and administration for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, product management, and design teams to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Foster a team culture centered on iteration, innovation, and deep understanding of the business and modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to the growth and efficiency of team members through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Take full ownership of platform functionality from development through operation, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and performant features.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Minimum 5 years specializing in frontend development, with strong proficiency in contemporary tools and techniques.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
- Understanding of building distributed systems and the tradeoffs involved.
- Advanced expertise in modern software development practices including DevOps, automated testing, and system observability.
- Experience delivering and maintaining SaaS products on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

Compensation and Flex Work
The base salary range for this role in Ireland is €72,000 to €108,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and stock grants. Workday supports flexible working, allowing employees to blend in-person and remote work with a commitment to spending at least 50% of work time each quarter onsite or collaborating directly with stakeholders.
