Lead Specialist - NCR Triage

Overview

This position involves the development and maintenance of systems, rules, and workflows to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards. The role requires autonomous functioning within defined functional practices and adherence to established policies or review of final outcomes. Changes to workflows and practices are permissible, provided the end results meet acceptance criteria such as quality, scope, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business process management systems including quality and integrated management systems, focusing on development, implementation, and monitoring of process mapping to drive quality improvements, standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of the discipline coupled with analytical thinking to execute policies and strategies, with foundational understanding of related professional areas.
• Maintain awareness of best practices and integration of own domain within broader organizational functions, alongside cognizance of competitive factors distinguishing the company in the marketplace.
• Exercise judgement and propose varied solutions beyond set parameters to address complex daily challenges, prioritize information for data analysis, and utilize both technical expertise and analytical skills by drawing on multiple internal and limited external information sources.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small, low-risk projects, and facilitate consensus-building within the team, communicating performance expectations while handling confidential issues appropriately.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience is required, with a knowledge level equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma accompanied by relevant work experience.
