CNC Machinist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in operating CNC machines and the ability to interpret basic G-code. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of various machining techniques and the tools involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce components precisely as per engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements to ensure all machined parts comply with required standards.
• Troubleshoot problems related to CNC operations, machine tooling, and programming to maintain productivity.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams for smooth integration of CNC machining within the manufacturing process.
• Follow all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules and fulfill EHS responsibilities diligently.
• Maintain product quality, care for equipment, meet production targets and schedules, and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least secondary education.
• National Trade Certificate (NTC) or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with practical knowledge in machine operation.
• Good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts.
