About the Role
As a Lead Qualification Specialist at Gartner, you will actively engage with high-priority inbound leads to nurture and qualify them, primarily communicating with senior-level prospects such as directors to understand their business needs, key initiatives, budgets, and approval workflows. You will also ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to internal Account Executives for an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond rapidly to inbound leads generated from Gartner.com to capitalize on prospects' interest.
- Support in designing campaigns, business cases, and recommendations aimed at accelerating sales opportunities and fueling growth within the 'Become a Client' channel.
- Conduct outbound communication including emails through campaign tools and phone calls to enhance understanding of prospects by exploring their profiles, key initiatives, challenges, and priorities.
- Work with internal tools and collaborate with Territory Management to correctly route leads.
- Provide comprehensive summaries of opportunities and client needs to business partners.
- Team up with sales executives to advance leads through the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM and engagement platforms to maintain accurate tracking of opportunities and completed sales.
- Engage in continuous professional growth via training, mentorship, and coaching, with access to top industry research.

Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to the information technology sector.
- Strong telephone sales abilities with persuasive communication skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrate executive presence and a determined, winning mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
