Fanatics Momentum is establishing a licensed commercial gaming operator in the UAE, offering services across lottery, iGaming, sportsbook, and digital content under a General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority license.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the creation of a state-of-the-art digital Casino offering in the UAE. This role entails ownership of a broad Casino product domain encompassing discovery, content curation, personalization, and customer engagement.

Product Ownership Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Casino strategy and roadmap within your designated domain.
• Oversee game discovery mechanisms and navigation frameworks.
• Lead efforts in content merchandising and presentation design.
• Manage both Live Dealer and Random Number Generator (RNG) gaming experiences.
• Develop personalized recommendations to enhance user engagement.
• Control promotions, VIP customer journeys, and coordinate cross-selling with Sportsbook and Lottery segments.
• Initiate experimentation programs and measure product performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in Product Management for consumer digital products.
• Demonstrated expertise in Casino or gaming products, especially with extensive content catalogs, supplier coordination, or personalization technologies.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of significant product areas.
• Strong proficiency in product disciplines such as discovery, A/B testing, merchandising, analytics, user retention, personalization, and UX design.
• Analytical and commercial acumen with experience making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with operating in regulated industries.
• Experience collaborating across functions including Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM, and Operations teams.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to enhance product discovery, analysis, experimentation, and delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Live Casino, RNG or slot games, VIP offerings, game aggregation, recommendation engines, or working within internationally regulated gaming environments.
