Lead Process Improvement Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Process Improvement Engineer to enhance operational excellence and continuous improvement efforts within a prominent Facilities Management organization based in Qatar. This role demands close collaboration with operational teams to unveil areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and bolster service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for process enhancement across Facilities Management operations.
• Evaluate current workflows to detect gaps in efficiency and performance.
• Analyze SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify areas needing attention.
• Perform root cause analyses and design corrective and improvement measures.
• Champion cost reduction and operational efficiency projects.
• Develop, standardize, and document processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in operational audits and assess performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enact and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Compile detailed reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles.
• Mandatory Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrable experience.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA), process mapping, and performance analysis using KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably experienced in Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, engineering, or similar operational sectors.
• Effective communication abilities and strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Experience within GCC or Qatar markets is advantageous.
