Lead Platform Product Manager - Calypso & Digital Assets

About the Role

Nasdaq Technology seeks a driven Lead Platform Product Manager specializing in Calypso and Digital Assets for its Mumbai technology center. This position demands a strong commitment to innovation and efficiency, spearheading the Calypso Platform's growth with emphasis on platform capabilities, integration, cloud adaptability, and enabling digital asset functionalities. The role is essential in assuring the platform’s scalability, security, and suitability for enterprise use, while facilitating increasing client engagement and supporting sophisticated scenarios across major financial institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and roadmap implementation of vital platform features within the Calypso Platform, including defining priorities and managing execution.
• Translate platform strategies into precise, actionable product requirements.
• Serve as the main product liaison for clients, support teams, presales, and client services on platform-related matters.
• Participate actively in customer workshops, product demonstrations, critical issue resolutions, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Mumbai and international Nasdaq offices to facilitate platform evolution and integration.
• Exhibit a proactive, consultant-like approach to engaging stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving measurable results with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in gathering and documenting product requirements.
• Experience delivering platform or infrastructure-intensive products, preferably within FinTech or capital markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital assets including tokenization and blockchain technologies.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and familiarity with SaaS business models.
• Strong communication skills to effectively discuss complex technical subjects with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Calypso or other capital markets platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven product/engineering tools.
• Public cloud certification or relevant hands-on deployment experience.
