Job Overview
The Lead Generation Executive is tasked with pinpointing prospective clients, generating new business prospects, and aiding the sales team in meeting their objectives. This position involves researching potential customers, reaching out via calls, emails, or social platforms, and sustaining a robust pipeline of interested clients.
Primary Duties
- Investigate and locate potential leads through various online tools and databases.
- Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark interest.
- Screen leads according to business criteria and pass qualified prospects to sales personnel.
- Regularly update and manage lead data within CRM software.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality.
- Achieve set targets for lead generation daily, weekly, and monthly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Competent in using MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Goal-driven and able to self-motivate.
- Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining a positive outlook.
Educational Requirements & Experience
Completion of HSC or a graduate degree in any discipline is required. Both fresh graduates and those with 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales are suitable candidates.
