About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Nykaa process based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for freshers with a qualification of HSC or graduation looking to start their career in customer service.
Job Details
- Openings: 85 positions available
- Salary: ₹21,200 take-home salary per month
- Work Hours: Any 9-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- Weekly Days Off: One rotational weekly off
- Interview Process: Conducted entirely virtually and includes HR round, Versant assessment, operations round, and client round
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Must have completed HSC or graduation
- Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills, with a Versant score of 5
- Flexibility: Ability to work rotational shifts and weekly offs
