Overview

Rentalkart Adtech Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executives to join the team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products and services, generating leads, and converting those leads into business opportunities.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and business prospects.
• Communicate details about Rentalkart's products and advertising services effectively.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Regularly follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to process qualified leads.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide necessary information.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with both potential and existing customers.
• Update customer and call data using Excel, CRM, or other company tools.
• Strive to convert qualified leads into confirmed business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or telesales experience advantageous.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable and confident in phone interactions.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Excel, is beneficial.
• Strong punctuality, dedication, and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and earning performance-driven incentives.
