  • Conduct effective first-call qualifications to understand customers' business environments and challenges.
  • Arrange discovery meetings between prospects and sales teams to deepen understanding of customer needs and priorities.
  • Accurately document and transfer qualified leads to sales personnel with clear notes and follow-up plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive and updated CRM records to support reporting and prioritization.
  • Generate new pipeline by executing targeted outbound outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences, tailored to priority industries and accounts.
  • Research and create personalized, value-driven outreach messages to engage target accounts and personas.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on account strategies, campaigns, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure meticulous data hygiene in CRM and sales tools, logging all activities consistently.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as activity levels, meetings set, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
  • Adhere to operational cadence and best practices for consistent execution.
  • Occasionally travel within the Pacific region to support field engagements alongside sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, lead, or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven track record of qualifying leads and securing meetings through multi-channel outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills adaptable to both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated coachability and a proactive growth mindset, eager to learn and progress into enterprise sales roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, uphold processes, and consistently meet targets.
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Interest in industrial technology, digital transformation, and enterprise purchasing processes; industry experience is advantageous but not required.

Benefits and Career Growth

  • Comprehensive onboarding and enablement on AVEVA’s products, target markets, and sales methods.
  • Continuous hands-on coaching and mentorship from leadership and account management teams.
  • Defined career pathways into senior LDR roles and enterprise sales/account management based on merit and readiness.
  • Competitive fixed salary complemented by incentive-based compensation tied to performance metrics.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in industrial SaaS and digital transformation within a global enterprise.
