Overview
33/44 is in search of a Lead Architect to spearhead architectural projects from concept through to technical execution and implementation. This leadership role demands a fusion of advanced technical knowledge, project management skills, and effective coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct architectural projects starting from initial concept development through all stages of design and eventual execution.
- Set the architectural vision and guarantee continuity and consistency throughout every project phase.
- Manage and guide the architectural team by defining clear workflows, task assignments, and setting priorities.
- Facilitate collaboration between architects, structural and MEP engineers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise the preparation and integration of architectural documentation.
- Ensure technical choices align with the design intent, quality benchmarks, and construction requirements.
- Maintain the original architectural concept's integrity throughout the entire project lifespan.
Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in architecture.
- Completion of a minimum of five author-led projects categorized as Class III or above, officially approved by municipal authorities.
- Advanced capabilities in architectural design and documentation software tools.
- Strong grasp of multidisciplinary coordination processes within architectural projects.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Documented experience in leading architectural teams and managing project workflows, specifying relevant projects led.
