Overview

Euro Homes Group is seeking a passionate and meticulous Architect to become an integral part of our innovative team located in East Legon, Accra. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative settings and is adept at steering projects from the initial concept through to their completion.

Key Duties

• Engage directly with clients to grasp their objectives, preferences, and style requirements.
• Develop distinct design concepts including mood boards and 3D visualizations.
• Create technical drawings, detailed floor plans, and specifications employing tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Choose and procure materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative elements.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets while coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
• Perform on-site visits to verify design consistency, quality standards, and project advancement.
• Effectively communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and consultants in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience emphasizing interior design.
• Maintain a portfolio that demonstrates innovative design thought and completed projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, and Enscape.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense for color, proportion, and practical functionality.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and oversee projects within strict deadlines.
