Sales Officer

Role Overview

Euro Homes Group seeks a dynamic Sales Officer to spearhead sales initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting and surpassing assigned targets.
• Identify potential customers to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Foster and maintain enduring client relationships by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project delivery to clients.
• Effectively showcase product features and advantages to prospective clients.
• Lead negotiations to finalize sales contracts ensuring client satisfaction and enduring loyalty.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products to enable confident and accurate communication.
• Perform follow-ups via calls or visits to affirm client contentment and encourage recurring business.
• Track sales metrics, interpret performance data, and regularly report findings to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a sales officer capacity or an equivalent sales position.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or closely related discipline preferred.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies and a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and negotiating effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales excellence.
• Sharp problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and capability to drive.
