Job description
Job Overview
We are searching for a skilled and knowledgeable Architecture Specialist to become part of our team, contributing significantly to architectural drawings, design development, 3D visualization, and project coordination efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings and detailed design plans.
- Create 3D visualizations to support design concepts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.
- Mid-level experience in design and drafting within architecture.
- Prior involvement in multiple projects based in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, details, and project documentation procedures.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Expertise in architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, and Photoshop.
- Capability to utilize AI-based tools and technologies to enhance design quality, visualization, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail along with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
