Architectural Operations Manager

About the Role

We are searching for an Architectural Operations Manager who will oversee, lead, and develop the Architectural Department based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee project management tasks, including reviewing and approving architectural drawings.
• Drive business growth through sales and securing new projects and clients.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience working with engineering consultancy firms within Saudi Arabia; contracting-only experience will not be accepted.
• Strong background in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Proficient in project management, team leadership, and architectural drawing approval processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, municipal regulations, and the Balady platform.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
