Role Overview

The Senior Architect will take charge of architectural design leadership for sophisticated infrastructure and industrial projects. Responsibilities include ensuring designs meet client expectations, comply with regulations, and integrate across various engineering disciplines. Key duties involve preparing and reviewing concept to detailed designs, coordinating with structural, MEP, and digital teams, and managing BIM/Digital Twin integration processes.

Daily activities cover overseeing design documentation, mentoring junior architects, contributing to design review sessions, and facilitating the delivery of clash-free Issued for Construction (IFC) packages. The role requires close partnership with project managers to monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards while driving the ongoing enhancement of design methodologies and standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, specifically in complex infrastructure or industrial contexts.
• Proficiency in software development and integration tailored for BIM and Digital Twin workflows.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning, coordinating, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with design and modeling tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and various BIM platforms; solid understanding of IFC standards.
• Academic qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline; advanced certifications or architectural registration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams encompassing structural, MEP, and digital engineering experts.
• Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous approach to quality, constructability, and problem resolution.
• Fluent English communication; knowledge of additional languages common to the region is advantageous.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and best practices pertinent to infrastructure and industrial projects is desirable.
• Minimum professional experience of 15 years in architectural engineering.
