Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete linen processing cycle including collection, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivery of clean linens.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and work areas.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of linens and laundry supplies to ensure availability.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests related to laundry services, enhancing guest satisfaction.
