• Coordinate payment scheduling and execution with vendors per agreed terms while supporting company cash flow requirements.
• Maintain precise and compliant accounts payable records and system updates, adhering to company policies and audit requirements.
• Support the month-end close process by assisting with accruals and invoice tracking for accurate financial reporting.
• Promptly respond to queries from vendors and internal teams, escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute to audit preparations and compliance by organizing documentation and assisting with internal and external audit activities.
