Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Architect with expertise in designing and implementing innovative outdoor environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. The role involves combining creative landscape design with technical proficiency to develop sustainable, visually appealing, and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive landscape designs and masterplans using advanced 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, and BIM platforms to effectively communicate concepts.
• Perform site analyses and spatial planning studies to guide design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare professional presentations and visual assets leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and digital mapping technologies.
• Embed sustainable design principles and environmental stewardship throughout project lifecycles, from initial concept through execution.
• Apply GIS and digital mapping software to carry out environmental assessments supporting data-informed design choices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables maintaining high design standards and client approval.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, cutting-edge technologies, and Gulf region landscape design standards.

Required Qualifications

• Between three and five years of professional experience in landscape architecture with proven design and project delivery track record.
• At least one year of relevant work experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf area.
• Advanced skills in 3D visualization and BIM software such as SketchUp and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design theory, site analysis methods, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in GIS software and digital mapping for environmental evaluation purposes.
• High competency in Adobe Creative Suite for preparing presentations and visual materials.
• Extensive understanding of sustainable landscape architecture and environmental conservation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
• Professional certification or licensure in landscape architecture.
• Experience with additional design or visualization software is an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing successfully executed projects in arid or Gulf climate settings.
