Job description
Role Overview
The Kitchen Technician will support the maintenance of the hotel premises ensuring smooth physical operations and safety throughout guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the hotel's physical infrastructure, supporting various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and masonry.
- Respond promptly to guest service calls and work orders raised by team members.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and addressing upcoming repair needs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and report any issues that require further attention.
