We are seeking a responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations at Hardeep Punjab Thane, located in Hiranandani Estate, Thane West. This position involves managing order preparation, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining proper kitchen procedures and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the barking (order calling), packing, and dispatching of customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain the kitchen's cleanliness and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen safety and hygiene.
