About the Role

As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen to ensure a smooth and exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain spotless serviceware by cleaning chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, scrubbing pots and pans, and polishing silver items.
• Keep track of stock levels by ensuring supplies and equipment are well stocked and properly organized for uninterrupted service.
• Undertake essential kitchen cleaning duties such as mopping floors and handling waste disposal to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in event preparation by arranging and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines by safely handling hazardous materials and following all hygiene protocols.
• Immediately report any hazards or maintenance requirements to supervisors to uphold kitchen safety and equipment reliability.
• Coach and support new team members to enhance overall team performance and knowledge sharing.
