• Organize and replenish housekeeping supplies to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
• Execute specialized cleaning projects such as mattress flipping, furniture rearrangement, and floor waxing periodically.
• Monitor the property for maintenance or repair issues and report them to ensure upkeep and safety.
