Kitchen Porter

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support the efficient functioning of operations at Chartwells. This is a full-time position with a contract of 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days out of 7. The contract covers 45 weeks each year. Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby and other public spaces.
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams by setting up rooms and moving furniture as needed.
• Manage some reception responsibilities such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
• Address customer requests promptly and efficiently.
• Perform errands as required to assist overall operations.
• Ensure customer safety by deploying and removing safety signage, for example wet floor signs.
