Job Overview
Lodestone House is seeking a committed Porter to support seamless operations at Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted for 40 hours weekly and approximately 42.2 weeks per year. This role involves maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring cleanliness to uphold high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and other public spaces.
- Assisting housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setups and furniture arrangement.
- Performing reception tasks including booking theatre tickets and restaurant reservations.
- Responding promptly to customer requests and running errands as needed.
- Ensuring customer safety through actions like placing and removing wet floor signs.

- Adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities efficiently.
- Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer care services.
- Proactive in decision-making focused on customer satisfaction.
