Role Overview

As a Kitchen Porter, your primary responsibility will be to support the kitchen team by ensuring all areas remain tidy and well-maintained throughout the shift. This role is based at Dim Sum Library, a modern Cantonese dining venue located in The Yards, London, just minutes from Covent Garden and Leicester Square stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently collect and clean pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all work surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.

Compensation

The wage for this position is £12.71 per hour. Additionally, you may receive up to £1.29 per hour monthly through the venue’s Tronc system, overseen by the Tronc Master.
