Role Overview

As a Commis Waiter, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and assisting the waiting team to ensure smooth service. The position is based at Aqua Shard in London, located on Level 31 of The Shard, where customers enjoy modern British cuisine and expertly crafted cocktails paired with sweeping panoramic views.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in creating memorable dining experiences by providing friendly and supportive service alongside the waiting team.
• Coordinate with waiters and senior staff to deliver exceptional guest service consistently.

Compensation

The role offers a base pay of £12.71 per hour, supplemented by a Tronc system which can provide an additional £2.72 per hour monthly, managed by the Tronc Master.
