Role Summary

Joining as a Runner on the floor team, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverages directly to guests. Responsibilities also include opening and closing duties on the floor, maintaining cleanliness and health and safety standards, supporting team members during service, and delivering warm, professional customer interactions to create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, drinks, wine, desserts, and pasta orders to guests efficiently
• Perform opening and closing floor duties such as polishing cutlery and folding napkins
• Keep the dining area organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude in assisting colleagues throughout service
• Engage guests with friendly and professional service to enhance their visit

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about Italian cuisine and committed to high customer service standards
• Energetic, team-oriented, and proactive in approach
• Previous experience working in hospitality environments
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
