Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tidiness across all kitchen areas during shifts.
• Sweep, mop floors, and responsibly manage waste and recycling.
• Assist chefs by handling simple food prep tasks such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
• Properly receive, inspect, and store incoming food and kitchen deliveries.
• Support kitchen opening and closing routines.
• Ensure cooking appliances and surfaces meet hygiene standards.
• Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
