Key Duties

• Adhere closely to preparation protocols and kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are efficient and orderly.
• Comply with food safety regulations to uphold the highest hygiene and allergen control standards.
• Aid the General Manager in sustaining a safe and well-maintained kitchen environment.
• Offer support during peak periods, particularly lunch service times.
