Sprout & Co is expanding with a new restaurant opening in Clontarf this Autumn. We are assembling a dynamic Leadership team to bring this exciting venture to life. This full-time Team Leader position reports directly to the Restaurant Leader and is integral to maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and overall restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team by setting a positive tone and clear expectations to ensure success every shift.
• Assist your Restaurant Leader by assuming ownership, guiding the staff, and managing daily operations.
• Coach and develop team members through supportive feedback and by identifying growth potential.
• Create an inclusive and motivating workplace where open communication and recognition thrive.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality by ensuring customers feel warmly welcomed and addressing challenges with care.
• Oversee food quality, portion control, preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant protocols.
• Manage shift plans and staff roles effectively, especially during busy periods.
• Support restaurant functions including stock management, waste control, scheduling, recruitment, and retention alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Champion safety by ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in hospitality or a similar fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
• Some leadership experience, including shift management or team supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to stay organized under pressure.
• A proactive individual who takes ownership and enjoys helping others learn and grow.
• Comfortable with delivering straightforward and constructive feedback.
• Passionate about food, service excellence, and detail orientation.
• Reliable, organized, and trusted by teammates.
• Enthusiastic about fostering positive relationships and team culture.
• Committed to continuous personal development as a leader.

• Hourly pay ranging from €16.35 to €18, depending on experience and role.

Additional Information
