Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will manage and grow strong relationships with over 200 significant customers while supporting additional client portfolios. Based in our Galway office, you will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic account plans that drive customer growth and profitability.
- Serve as the primary company liaison for a portfolio of over 200 customers.
- Enhance customer loyalty by promoting Radius's comprehensive product offerings.
- Customize communication and engagement strategies to meet diverse customer needs.
- Collaborate with the wider team to advance company strategic objectives.
- Provide high-quality support to other portfolios as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in account management roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of a full Irish or UK driving license.
