Job description
Role Summary
We are searching for a capable and tech-savvy fresh graduate to assist with pre-sales activities, client liaison, and management of technology projects. This position operates within our technology services domain which includes web development, mobile app creation, AI & digital innovations, cybersecurity, and cloud technology offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client discussions to gather business needs and technical requirements.
- Document meeting outcomes, draft requirement specs, proposals, presentations, and project outlines.
- Support the pre-sales team by helping prepare tailored technology solutions and pricing proposals.
- Act as a liaison among clients, developers, designers, cybersecurity specialists, and other internal teams.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, outstanding tasks, and client feedback for ongoing projects.
- Regularly check project progress with technical staff.
- Convert business demands into specific tasks for developers.
- Assist with product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Research current technology trends, industry competitors, cybersecurity concerns, and viable solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, status updates, and action logs.
- Contribute to drafting proposals, requests for quotations/proposals, and technical bids.
- Support business development efforts by spotting new opportunities within current client accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Recent degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, software development lifecycle, and IT fundamentals.
- Interest in fields like cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation capabilities.
- Ability to grasp business objectives and technical details alike.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks and following up effectively.
- Proficient in English communication, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, project management software, and CRM platforms is advantageous.
